How do I place an order?
You can place your order online, Email OR Whatsapp.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order via our secure OZOW payment portal or you are welcome to make an offline EFT payment, or direct deposit. Please note a R55 surcharge when making a direct deposit at the bank.
How long will it take to get my order?
All our orders are personalized and MADE ON ORDER.
Lead times are 5-7 working days from payment confirmation.
Can I collect my order?
You may collect your order on arrangement only. Please choose the collection option at checkout.
Can I send my own courier to collect my order?
Yes you may. Supply us with the courier name as well as the PDF waybill to print and we will prepare your parcel once ready. We will notify you once your order is ready for collection.
Do you keep stock?
All our orders are personalized and MADE ON ORDER.
I need my order urgently, what do I do?
Let us know which items and when you need your order via email or whatsapp. It is all dependent on your order and where you are situated.
I don't see the items I'm looking for?
The best would be to contact us directly to see if we can assist you.
Do you offer discount on large orders?
Yes, we do offer discounts on certain items and qty’s. To place an order for larger orders, please Email or Whatsapp us.
I am unsure about the size?
Size charts are available on items – please double check your size via the size chart. There will be no returns on items ordered wrong.
Terms of Service
ORDERING
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all information is correct. Dude Creative SA (PTY) LTD will not be held responsible for incorrect details such as clothing sizes, colours, names, spelling, delivery address, contact numbers etc. Should the customer notice incorrect details, they should notify Dude Creative SA (PTY) LTD. The customer can also not change sizes nor the colour once items has been ordered.
- Orders can ONLY be processed and made once payment has been confirmed.
- All items are subject to stock availability. Should an item be out of stock Dude Creative SA (PTY) LTD will replace the item with a similar item – if a similar product is also out of stock, Dude Creative SA will recommend replacements for the customer of offer a refund.
PAYMENTS
- Payment should be made into our Business Account as per invoice.
- NB!!! Payment should be made with the reference provided on the invoice
- If a payment is made at an ATM or FNB Branch ONLY then a R55 should be added to the invoice amount (banking fees). If NOT paid, the amount of R55 will be outstanding and the order will only be dispatched once the outstanding balance has been settled into our accounts.
- Proof of payments can be sent to payments@dudecreative.co.za for confirmation.
- All payments need to be confirmed/reflect in our bank account before an order can be confirmed and production can commence.
BANKING & ARTWORK

Please make sure all spelling is correct when you check out, items will be printed as is and cannot be held liable for spelling mistakes.
- Own design request orders: Artwork for branding will be sent to the customer for approval. Once artwork is approved, no changes can be made.
- Should a production error occur within Dude Creative SA (PTY) LTD then Dude Creative SA (PTY) LTD will correct errors at our own cost. Should the customer provide their own apparel / products that should be branded and a production error occur within Dude Creative SA (PTY) LTD, Dude Creative SA (PTY) LTD will NOT replace items and will be for the customer’s account.
- The majority of Dude Creative SA (PTY) LTD are branded with Poli-Flex vinyl – a very durable & stretchable method of branding called Heatpress.
- Dude Creative SA (PTY) LTD will try to match pantones but cannot be matched at a 100% exact pantone. Artwork supplied will be supplied in a similar colour to illustrate what it will look like but cannot guarantee a 100% colour match.
- Artwork may view different differently depending on which smart device you are using.
- Dude Creative SA (PTY) LTD cannot be held liable for any branding errors that has occurred on “self-provided” apparel that was sent by them. The client can however send a new one and branding will be replaced by Dude Creative SA (PTY) LTD – it is not recommended for “self-provided” apparel due to the complexity of the replacement of such items.
PRODUCTION & LEAD TIMES
- Production will only start once payment has been confirmed.
- Production takes 5-7 working days from confirmation of payment.
- Production for Corporate orders such as: Corporate clothing & gifting, Work wear & Display takes 7-14 working days upon payment confirmation & artwork approval.
- Production days can be increase should an order be larger or a stock issue has occurred.
- Should Dude Creative SA (PTY) LTD has a delay in production, the customer will then be informed. Delays can happen in the following occasions for example: (The customer will then be informed of the delay)
- An item had a miss print or a damaged print and Dude Creative SA (PTY) LTD has to order / replace the item.
- If a supplier is out of stock
- An item was wrongfully sent by the suppliers of Dude Creative SA (PTY) LTD and has to be re-ordered.
- If a manufacturing default has been noticed from the supplier.
- Faulty Items received.
- Urgent orders will be prioritized accordantly.
- Dude Creative SA (PTY) LTD will accommodate urgent orders where possible, but if deadlines cannot be met or delays in delivery occurs then Dude Creative SA (PTY) LTD cannot be held responsible and a refund will NOT be applicable. It is the customer’s responsibility to order in advance to ensure that the order is delivered in time.
DELIVERY
- Once orders has been packaged and booked for collections from Dude Creative SA (PTY) LTD, a Waybill number will be sent to the customer with a link to a website that will enable them to track their parcel.
- Once the parcel is in the possession of the courier company, Dude Creative SA (PTY) LTD has not control over the package and cannot control the delivery Schedule of the courier company.
- Delivery normally takes place within 1-3 working days from dispatched unless specified when delivery takes place on certain days within outlying areas / rural areas.
- Special days will be specified e.g. Delivery only on Mondays / Wednesdays / Fridays or Wednesdays only. Should the specific date fall on a public holiday then the delivery will not take place and will be forfeited to the next scheduled delivery day. E.g. should the delivery day be on a public holiday that is on a Wednesday and delivery was only available for that Wednesday then delivery will take place the following week Wednesday.
- Delivery will ONLY take place during working days from Mondays – Fridays from 8:00am – 17:00. Excluding Public Holidays and weekends.
- It is the customers responsibility to make sure that they are available to receive delivery at the address provided by them or make sure that there is someone to sign for their package should they not be able to. Should they not be at the address when the courier driver was there, they will deliver on the next available delivery day.
- If the customer has an issue or would like to know where their package is. They can track the package on the given website provided or phone the courier company on the number provided on the website and provide them with the waybill number that Dude Creative SA (PTY) LTD sent when the parcel was dispatched.
- Should a courier vehicle be hi-jacked and their parcel has been stolen, then Dude Creative SA (PTY) LTD will replace the parcel up to the amount of R1000.00. (production periods will then start from day one)
- Insurance is available on parcels at an extra fee that is for the customer’s account. Should the customer require insurance, please request that from Dude Creative SA (PTY) LTD and they will provide the customer with an amount that should be paid before dispatching.
- Insurance is advised on breakable items such as glasses. Should the customer choose not to take insurance and a parcel arrives at the customer broken then a replacement of that item, including delivery for the new item will be for the customer’s account.
- Collections can be made once the order is done and has been notified that it’s ready for collection: 108 Burkea Park, Pebble Rock Golf Estate, Roodeplaat OR 277B Braam Pretorius Street, Sinoville, Pretoria . ALL COLLECTIONS ON ARRANGEMENT PLEASE
